《 The ALL New Honda City 2014 》

4th Gen 2014 Honda City

The fourth-gen 2014 Honda City was officially unveiled in India this afternoon. A live gallery from the Delhi debut have been added to our report.

The all-new 2014 Honda City has made its world debut in India. The fourth-generation B-segment sedan brings to the class fresh styling, a bigger body, longer wheelbase and for India’s case, a 1.5L i-DTEC turbodiesel option alongside an improved 1.5L i-VTEC petrol unit.
Carrying new styling first seen on the third-gen Honda Jazz hatchback that was launched this year, including “Exciting H Design” and “Solid Wing Face” cues (launch story here, live Tokyo 2013 gallery here), the new Honda City has grown in size.
Measuring 4,440 mm long, it is just 25 mm longer than the current third-gen City, but the new wheelbase length of 2,600 mm is a significant 50 mm more, which means that overhangs have been minimised.

Wheelbase2,600mm2,550mm2,550mm2,552mm2,600mm

To put that in perspective, 2.6 metres between the wheels puts the new City at the top of the class along with the Nissan Almera, and similar to the current Toyota Corolla Altis, which is of course from a segment above. The current ninth-gen Honda Civic‘s wheelbase is 70 mm ahead at 2,670 mm.
This elongated wheelbase means a longer cabin, and coupled with Honda’s trademark Man Maximum, Machine Minimum philosophy, should translate to more cabin space for all. Total boot volume is 510 litres with a full-sized spare wheel, including under floor storage. Four golf bags shouldn’t be a problem.
Indian customers can choose from two 1.5 litre engines, an i-DTEC turbodiesel or an improved version of the i-VTEC SOHC petrol engine we’re familiar with in the current car. The new 100 PS/200 Nm i-DTEC engine, part of Honda’s Earth Dreams Technology family, is a variant of the 1.6 i-DTEC used the the Honda Civic Euro, with a shorter stroke.

The diesel, which also powers the smaller Indian-market Honda Brio Amaze with 25.8 km/l economy, will be greeted warmly in the subcontinent, where diesel cars are getting very popular. However, it’s unlikely to reach our shores due to our sub-par diesel quality.
The petrol, which is more relevent to us, has been improved in the areas of VTEC performance, friction reduction (low tension oil seal, zigzag piston pattern coating), fuel consumption (exhaust gas recirculation EGR, valve timing, double needle plug) and weight. The latter is via an integrated resin intake manifold. No figures were given though. The current City engine does 120 PS and 145 Nm.
The suspension system consists of front MacPherson struts and a rear torsion beam, while the EPS steering is of a new column-controlled design. Safety wise, the new City comes with dual airbags, ABS/EBD in India. In Malaysia, the current City facelift has all that and Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) on the higher grades.

Speaking of kit, the new City is now available with things like a sunroof, smart key with push start and a touch-panel digital air con system for the highest spec cars. As you can see above, the multi-info meter panel is also a lot more premium looking with new functions, and there’s a five-inch screen for the audio system, which has phone functions. Rear AC vents are now included.
India will be the first market to get the new City, which will be launched there in January 2014. The Indian-market City will roll out from Honda’s factory in Greater Noida, and we expect production to start in Thailand and Malaysia in the near future. Another coming soon car is the Honda Vezel a.k.a. Jazz SUV, which made its debut at the ongoing 2013 Tokyo Motor Show.

< The Toyota Previa a.k.a. Estima >

The All New Toyota Previa (Estima)

The Toyota Previa a.k.a. Estima is making its Malaysian debut at KLIMS13 as an official import by UMW Toyota.

UMW Toyota Motor has chosen the Previa name for the 2012-facelift third-gen Estima that it’s bringing in. The Estima name is used in Japan, Previa is used in markets like Hong Kong, and Australia calls it the Tarago.

The seven-seater MPV is powered by the 2.4 litre 2AZ-FE four-cylinder motor from the previous-gen Camry, producing 170 PS and 224 Nm of torque. It’s mated to a four-speed auto with Super ECT (other markets get a Super CVT-i with seven virtual ratios).

MacPherson struts with stabilisers sit up front; a torsion beam sits out back. Wheels are 215/55 R17 alloys. Electric power steering is standard, as are body-coloured front and rear sensors.

Previa comes only in GL trim. Equipment includes dual power sliding doors, LED tail and brake lamps, keyless entry and start, fabric seats, self-levelling HID headlamps with adaptive front lighting (directional headlamps), and a 2-DIN CD/MP3 head unit with six speakers.

The seat layout is 2-2-3. The driver’s seat is height adjustable, while the four-spoke leather-wrapped wood grain steering wheel is rake- and reach-adjustable. The gear knob is trimmed to match.

The second row features captain seats with Ottoman in the second row, a dashboard finished in wood grain and silver, conversation mirror, Optitron meters and a dual-blower air-con (front auto, second row manual). The centre console box can be slid backwards to be used by second row occupants, and that interior colour is called Shell.

Safety kit includes dual airbags, ABS with EBD and whiplash injury-lessening front seats.

The Toyota Previa is priced from RM270k (individual for Peninsular Malaysia). Six colours are available – White Pearl CS (a RM800 premium), Super White II, Silver Metallic, Black, Ice Titanium Mica Metallic and Silky Gold Mica Metallic. A three-year or 100,000 km warranty is offered.

《 Feeling of The day 》 feeling confused -_-

“Life seemed even more of a guessing game than

usual and I was just stock in the middle, vague and

  undefined.”

Being a leader OR being a Follower ???

Sometimes, i am very confusing whether to be a leader in doing task or just be a "small kaki" (follower) in doing task~~~

Because the same result will be get at the end, which is ~~~~~

Being hate, bias or prejudice by others !!!

When become Leader :

Ur strict, serious style, initiative, pattern,  commitment and requirement in complete the task will lead to the dissatisfaction of other group members.

When u request or asked the task from them, they might delay your time and give u variety kind of reasons..................................  at the end U will feel ANGRY~~~~

But, when u force them to give u the task within the period, they will show face to you and sometimes just simply send the task to u with unrelated things..............and u will feel ANGRY also ~~~

So no matter, u r strict or kind leader,
when the result of task out

If get perfect marks, u will received greeting of thank you from them, but they will still perceived you with that perception as mentioned....

If get lower marks, u will blame or even scold by others that u are incapable and not qualify to be a good leader.....

When become a 'Small kaki" (follower or normal members) :

Ur initiative, ideas, style, passion and etc will lead to the misunderstanding of others that u would like to show off your ability.

When u give a lot of suggestion or ideas, they will perceived that you are too "hyperactive' and filter your ideas with variety kind of reasons..............at the end u will feel ANGRY~~~~

But when you did not give full commitment in doing the task, they tend to perceived or scold you as lazy and irresponsible people......................at the end u will feel ANGRY also~~~

So in overall,

Be a good leader   ???

OR

Be a normal members ???

Is Depend to yourself ~~~~
